Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent education.
• Experience in a Shared Services Center or HR internship is preferred.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• High integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
• Strong organizational abilities and a collaborative mindset.
• Interest in or experience with Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide full support to the HR team on employee-related processes.
• Manage and maintain employment documentation (e.g., contracts, letters).
• Serve as first point of contact for employee queries.
• Keep employee data and records up-to-date and organized.
• Assist in creating and updating HR policies and procedures.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
