Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience in data analytics, business analysis, product management, consulting, or a similar area.
• Knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques.
• Understanding of databases, data warehousing concepts, and data pipelines.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies, including AI solutions.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams.
• Must be comfortable speaking English.

You will work at the intersection of business, data, and technology, collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into scalable data products, analytics, and AI-driven solutions. It is from this location that we have created a global shared service platform, focusing on advanced business functions such as financial accounting and reporting, planning and performance management, ICFR testing, financial systems management as well as HR integrated talent management operations.

This role is related to the key area of Zurich’s activity in Kraków.
