Job summary

Capgemini Polska is seeking a seasoned Pega developer to build applications on the Infinity Platform and guide architectural decisions. You will lead a team of system architects and collaborate with LBAs and clients, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with Pega capabilities.

The role emphasizes strong English communication, Agile practices, and deep Pega expertise, with a hybrid work model and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience developing Pega applications with Pega Infinity Platform and Deployment Manager.
• Experience debugging and troubleshooting applications with Pega Diagnostics Cloud.
• Good command of SQL.
• Strong client-facing communication skills and agile work experience.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Build Pega applications based on the Infinity Platform or strategic applications.
• Be the expert responsible for technical and functional architecture.
• Lead a team of system architects (CSSA and CSA).
• Cooperate with LBAs and the client as a trusted advisor.
• Ensure delivery meets the highest standards and is up to date with Pega’s latest capabilities.

Our projects focus on creating digitalization applications for large European and global clients across industries such as logistics, the public sector, and retail. Some initiatives are greenfield implementations, while others involve optimization and further development of existing solutions. Beyond project work, you will have the opportunity to join Capgemini’s low‑code community – expanding your expertise and getting involved in additional initiatives that match your interests and passions.

YOUR TASKS:

• building Pega applications based on the Infinity Platform or strategic applications;
