Job summary

John Deere in Poznań, Poland, is seeking a Software Engineer - IT Payroll to join the Business Service Center. You will design and implement payroll integrations, drive development around ADP Global View and SuccessFactors, and participate in Scrum activities to meet HR/Payroll needs using SAP HCM.

The role requires 4+ years in integration technologies and English proficiency for global collaboration, with a hybrid work model at the Poznan site.

Qualifications

Experience designing, integrating, developing and testing mid-complex software solutions.
Develop, code, configure and test SaaS extensions and internal programs and integrations.
Strong understanding of databases, data management and infrastructure capabilities.
Ability to apply engineering principles to designs.
English communication with global Product teams.

Responsibilities

Design and implement solutions for payroll systems following technical standards.
Drive integration and software development around ADP Global View and SuccessFactors.
Lead code reviews and participate in Scrum discussions.
Resolve system issues through analysis and impact assessment.
Collaborate with HR/Payroll stakeholders to satisfy business requirements using SAP HCM.
Configure and test SaaS extensions and internal programs/integrations.
Improve cost, quality, and performance of software applications.
Follow Deere Agile development and documentation practices.
