Job summary

Calan, a consulting company, is hiring a Payroll Specialist for its Warsaw hub. You will manage complex payroll for clients, ensure data accuracy in Comarch Optima, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

You will also handle timekeeping, contribute to process improvements, and prepare client reports. Strong analytical skills and experience with Comarch Optima are required, with English as a plus.

Qualifications

• : Very good analytical skills and willingness to develop in payroll automation.
• : Knowledge of Excel and Płatnik programs.
• : Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar position.
• : Interest in digitalizing payroll processes and automation.

Job Description

• Complex payroll service for clients
• Entering and updating data in the Comarch Optima system
• Calculating payroll in accordance with legal regulations
• Calculating working hours according to different systems and schedules
• Initiating improvements in documentation, processes, and the payroll system
• Building and maintaining positive relations with clients
• Creating and checking reports for clients

Requirements

• Very good knowledge of the Comarch Optima program
• Knowledge of Excel and Płatnik programs
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar position
• Willingness to develop in the field of payroll automation
• Very good analytical skills
• Knowledge of Power Query is a plus
• Knowledge of English is a plus
