Mindbox Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced Payroll Transformation Specialist to support a large-scale payroll transition to a new vendor and updated processes.

You will collaborate with external payroll providers, internal stakeholders, and regulatory teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll delivery across multiple stages of transformation. The role offers a hybrid work setup with 1-2 days a week from the office in Kraków and a B2B cooperation model, with contract through

This role involves participating in data migration, go-live, and hypercare activities, ensuring seamless payroll operations during and after the transition.
