Job summary

RED Global, based in Warsaw, seeks a Payroll Product Owner to lead payroll technology and workforce management solutions across Europe with plans for global expansion. The role follows a hybrid work model in Poland.

You will own the product roadmap, manage vendor deployments, and ensure compliance with European payroll requirements and GDPR as payroll systems evolve.

This senior position requires 5+ years in enterprise payroll technology and demonstrated cross-country delivery capabilities.

Qualifications

Job description

On behalf of one of our Global End Clients, RED is looking for an experienced Payroll Product Owner to lead payroll technology and workforce management solutions across Europe, with plans for global expansion. This role is based in Warsaw and is a hybrid based position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead payroll technology deployments and vendor transitions.
• Manage payroll service providers and technical delivery.
• Own the product roadmap and Agile backlog.
• Oversee payroll integrations, UAT, cutover and go-live.
• Support Time & Attendance (T&A) and Workforce Management (WFM) improvements.
• Ensure compliance with European payroll legislation and GDPR.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years in enterprise payroll technology or solution delivery.
• Strong experience with Time & Attendance / Workforce Management systems.
• Experience managing payroll providers across multiple countries.
• Knowledge of payroll integrations, Agile delivery and European payroll requirements.

Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG/Kronos, ADP or similar platforms is advantageous.

The initial 6-9 months will be contract based, with a transition into a permanent position after.
