Capgemini Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking a payroll operations specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processes with a focus on accuracy, compliance and efficiency. You will deliver reliable data and expert support to managers, shaping payroll outcomes across the company.

You will lead payroll implementations and transitions, resolving complex issues and driving continuous improvement in payroll processes, while benefiting from Capgemini's hybrid work model and comprehensive wellbeing initiatives.

Your Role

In this role, you ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll operations while actively shaping and improving end-to-end payroll processes. You have a direct impact on organizational stability, risk mitigation, and decision-making by delivering reliable data, insights, and expert support to managers. By leading payroll implementations, resolving complex issues, and supporting payroll transitions, you drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and trust in payroll outcomes across the company.
