Capgemini Polska is seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Consultant to shape enterprise identity security with a strong focus on Privileged Access Management. You will work with business and tech stakeholders to design secure, scalable architectures and govern access controls.

Your Role

As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Consultant, you will help shape and evolve enterprise identity security solutions with a strong focus on Privileged Access Management (PAM). You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to design secure, scalable architectures, improve identity governance processes, and support modernization initiatives. You will contribute to the development of access management strategies, promote Zero Trust principles, and provide technical guidance to project teams while helping organizations strengthen their cybersecurity posture.
