Your role

As a Quality Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with client standards and operational procedures. You will monitor customer interactions and business processes, identify trends and improvement opportunities. Working closely with operations teams and stakeholders, you will contribute to enhancing customer experience, process efficiency, and overall service quality in a dynamic international environment.
