Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Fluency in Polish and English (C1).
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good time management.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with HR and GBS Payroll teams supporting EMEA region.
• Create and upload content (e.g., FAQs) to payroll intranet subpage.
• Review and triage new ServiceNow employee queries.
• Create and run ad hoc ServiceNow reports.
• Prepare and review Desktop Operational Procedures for EMEA payroll systems.
• Analyze employee master data (SuccessFactors reports).
• Support automation projects (testing new macros).
