Job summary

Hitachi Energy in Kraków is offering a paid Procurement Internship with the option to work remotely or from the office. You can work between 25 and 40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to balance studies.

The role supports procurement services and collaborates with managers and internal stakeholders across Europe. The ideal candidate is a university student graduating in 2027 or later, with strong English (B2+) and a willingness to learn about supply chains.

Qualifications

• University student graduating in 2027 or later.
• Eager to learn about supply chains and logistics.
• Good communication skills and English (B2+), German helpful.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Initiate orders in the system and confirm deliveries with suppliers.
• Monitor order fulfillment according to requirements.
• Data entry and data verification tasks.
• Communicate with suppliers, buyers, technicians, project managers, and production planners by email and phone.
• Assist with more complex orders for international projects and invoice verification.
• Learn and use SAP software.
