Flex is a diversified manufacturing partner of choice helping brands design, build and deliver innovative products. We are seeking a Payroll & Personnel Administration Specialist to join our team in Tczew, Poland.

You will maintain employee records, support onboarding/offboarding, and handle payroll data, contracts, and HR documents while ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Work with external providers and internal teams on reports and analyses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HR, payroll, or a similar position.
• Good knowledge of payroll and employment regulations.
• Practical knowledge of labor law and HR administration.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Confidentiality and a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
• Supporting the onboarding and offboarding processes
• Preparing and verifying payroll data, including salaries, bonuses, benefits, deductions, and absences
• Preparing employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and other HR documents
• Monitoring leave, sick leave, and employee absences
• Ensuring compliance with labor law, payroll regulations, and internal company policies
• Cooperating with external payroll providers, accounting teams, and public authorities when required
• Preparing HR and payroll reports and analyses
• Providing employees and managers with professional support on HR and payroll-related matters
• Staying up to date with changes in labor and payroll legislation
