Job summary

Nordea is seeking a Process Specialist to manage end-to-end payments processing with accuracy and adherence to regulations. You will work within the SE Payments team on improvement initiatives and support the upcoming PEGA rollout.

You will collaborate across functions, handle multiple priorities, and contribute to automation efforts in a dynamic, international setting. Hybrid work model offered.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor payments, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
• Investigate and repair stopped payments and register manual payments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve payment-related issues.
• Identify recurring issues, analyze root causes and drive improvements.
• Support process automation initiatives to increase efficiency.
• Participate in SE Payments projects and change initiatives.
• Assist with PEGA rollout preparations for 2027.
