Zusammenfassung

Adly is seeking a Payment Operations Analyst to optimize payment flows, troubleshoot gateways, and build robust dashboards. You will analyze transaction data, identify anomalies, and contribute to process improvements within a fast-moving, data-driven portfolio of SaaS and content companies.

You will collaborate with Product, IT, Finance, Disputes and Fraud teams and work with PSPs and acquirers to ensure seamless payment operations and automation that drives efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2+ years of hands-on experience in payment flows and payment operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL and ability to write complex queries for data extraction and validation.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as BigQuery and Preset for payment data analysis.
• Experience building dashboards and reports translating data into insights.
• Familiarity with payment gateways, APIs, and integration flows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Support daily operations of payment products for smooth functionality and performance.
• Investigate and resolve payment issues across gateways, acquirers, and methods.
• Analyze payment data to identify trends, declines, and opportunities.
• Build and maintain dashboards and perform ad-hoc analyses of KPIs.
• Collaborate with Product, IT, Finance, Disputes and Fraud to resolve escalations.
• Work with PSPs, acquirers, and alternative providers to ensure seamless operations.
• Support and monitor payment integrations and stability.
• Assist in managing payment flows incl. authorization, capture, refunds, and 3DS.
