Citigroup Inc. in Poland is seeking a Payments Operation Analyst to join the MEA Payments Operations Department. You will help manage the payments flow through internal bank systems and collaborate with the Transaction Services team to ensure accurate, timely processing.

The role requires fluent English, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Flexibility to work shifts is essential in this global operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Performing processing activities
• Identify and correct discrepancies in the systems
• Ensure transactions are processed accurately, in a timely manner and in line with international banking standards
• Conducting communication with internal and external clients
• Timely and effective management of all new tasks assigned by manager
• Solving current processing issues and taking action to optimize the process (coordinating tests and projects)
• Preparing and verifying procedures, other regulations, process descriptions, process maps, capacity plans etc.

The successful candidate will join the MEA Payments Operations Department responsible for delivering high quality service to our corporate clients by offering accurate and timely management of payments flow through our internal bank systems. Responsibilities:

• Performing processing activities

Requirements:

• Payment experience will be an asset
• Fluent communication in both written and spoken English
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Well-developed analytical skills including investigative mindset, independence in problem solving and a keen eye to detail
• Flexibility and readiness to work in a shift system, including public holidays and weekends, to support global operations
