Marqeta is seeking a Payment Network Operations Analyst in Poland to support ACE team activities from Warsaw in a hybrid model. You’ll manage card network communications, approvals, reporting, and access for network portals while collaborating with cross‑functional teams across the Marqeta ecosystem.

The role emphasizes attention to regulatory changes, prompt issue remediation, and proactive engagement with Visa, Mastercard, and other partners.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Visa and MasterCard products, services and policies with 1–3 years of experience in the payment network industry.
• Growing ability to bridge business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate ingestion of announcements published by card network partners into Jira for review.
• Assist with flagging impactful announcements to product managers and stakeholders to ensure compliance and avoid issues.
• Engage with network partners to ensure complete receipt of applicable communications.
• Create and maintain Jira Epics for all network communications.
