Job summary

Hiberus is seeking a Solution Architect to design and develop solution architectures for IT initiatives within the banking and payments domain. You will analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable technology solutions, define integration patterns and data flows, and prepare architecture documentation with UML diagrams and technical specifications.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with UML and BPMN 2.0.
• Experience with CASE tools, especially Sparx Enterprise Architect.
• Strong understanding of SOA, microservices, microfrontend architectures and integration technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop solution architectures for IT initiatives in banking and payments.
• Analyze business requirements and translate into scalable technology solutions.
• Assess impact of changes on existing systems and identify enhancements.
• Define integration patterns, data flows, and system interactions.
• Prepare architecture documentation (UML diagrams, specifications).
• Define infrastructure and non-functional requirements for implementations.
• Support teams in technology selection aligned with standards.
• Review analyses, designs, and project docs for architectural consistency.
• Collaborate with analysts, development, infra teams and vendors.
• Participate in vendor selections and solution assessments.
• Identify architectural risks and mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to architecture standards and best practices.
