EPAM Poland Krakow is seeking a Payments Architect to lead architecture design and governance for large-scale payments and digital banking initiatives, addressing regulatory compliance and innovation.

You will create target state architectures, produce high-level designs, and steer technology strategy across critical programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile or hybrid delivery model.

Qualificações

• Experience as Solution or Payments Architect in large-scale digital transformations.
• Strong banking/payments architecture design experience.
• Expertise in RESTful API design and microservices.
• Understanding of batch integration patterns.
• Ability to align technical decisions with stakeholders.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with PSD2, GDPR and related regulations is a plus.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery models.

Responsabilidades

• As-Is assessments and Target State Architecture definitions for payments and digital banking.
• Create high-level design documentation and guide development teams across workstreams.
• Design solutions using REST API, microservices, SOA, event-driven integration and batch processing.
• Manage architectural decision tracking and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Present options, negotiate trade-offs with business and technology stakeholders.
• Ensure deliverables meet regulatory and commercial objectives.
• Leverage EPAM's best practices and reusable components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile or hybrid delivery model.
