Job summary

Virtual Rockstar is seeking a compassionate and organized Patient Liaison to join our client’s dedicated physical therapy team in New Hampshire. This remote role focuses on enhancing patient experience, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining efficient practice operations.

You will manage appointments, follow up with patients, coordinate with providers, generate invoices, and protect patient privacy while delivering clear information and support to families served by our remote care

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a healthcare or patient support role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Confirm patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar.
• Follow up with patients post-session and send personalized exercise and treatment plans.
• Respond to frequently asked questions and handle appointment rescheduling.
• Manage referrals from other healthcare providers and coordinate with medical staff.
• Send appointment reminders and maintain a waitlist for appointments.
• Generate and send invoices while maintaining electronic medical records.
• Answer calls and assist patients virtually, providing clear information and support.
• Prepare documents and manage email correspondence.
• Perform data entry and generate basic reports.
• Greet patients and provide directions within the facility as needed (if applicable).
• Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.

They specialize in joint manipulations, dry needling, diagnostic ultrasound, and cold laser treatments, all delivered through personalized 1:1 care with 40-minute individualized treatment sessions. Requirements
