Job summary

Hostinger is seeking a Partnership Director to lead a high-performing team and drive growth across global markets. You will shape strategy, manage partners, and close high-impact deals with influencers and affiliates.

You will recruit partners, run campaigns, analyze data, and collaborate with product heads to scale opportunities in Asia and beyond. English fluency and deep performance marketing experience are essential in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing teams in fast-paced environments.
• Proven track record in partnership management (influencer/affiliate).
• Experience with digital performance marketing and campaign optimization.
• English fluency and strong communication skills; international scope preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a Partnerships team.
• Identify, recruit, and engage influencers and affiliates across markets (focus - Asian markets).
• Build and manage a pipeline of partnerships and negotiate high-impact deals.
• Collaborate with product heads to identify business cases in markets.
• Nurture relationships to enable growth and drive sales.
• Run and monitor marketing campaigns with partners and analyze performance.
• Report on goals, forecasts, results, and opportunities using data insights.
