Job summary

Aven Hospitality, a technology provider powering SynXis, is seeking a Customer Success Manager in Kraków to help hoteliers achieve commercial outcomes and maximize value realization through effective onboarding and ongoing engagement.

You will build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, drive renewals and expansions, and report on customer progress while shaping engagement strategies that align with business goals in a fast-paced, global hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in customer success or hospitality distribution/revenue management.
• Extensive experience with SynXis CRS and hospitality commerce.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant field.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.
• Knowledge of travel/hospitality markets or enterprise software space.

Responsibilities

• Support development and deployment of engagement strategies and performance metrics.
• Facilitate onboarding and close knowledge gaps.
• Maintain relationships with commercial, product, and delivery teams as voice of the customer.
• Engage customers and establish baselines, build or refresh their customer success plan.
• Create engagement strategies for value realization and goal attainment.
• Report on customer progress and identify opportunities for expansion.
