Qualifications

• Fluency in Romanian and English.
• Proven background within customer service or customer care environments.
• Excellent communication skills and fast technical comprehension.
• Strong organizational abilities, proactivity, and reliability.
• Solid proficiency with digital tools, including MS Office or Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end system implementations and project milestones within target timelines.
• Consult carrier partners on optimal logistics processes and tailor Transporeon network solutions.
• Provide interactive training and ongoing specialized support for key software users.
• Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships across the network.
• Become a recognized subject matter expert in logistics technology and SaaS solutions.
