Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or accounting.
• Minimum 2 years supporting financial, operational, and/or administrative tasks in high-tech sales environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Cross-functional collaboration across global teams in different time zones.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with software-company finances; SAP/Anaplan/PowerBI/BO a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own bi-weekly payments to Autodesk partners.
• Ensure compliance with SOx controls and company procedures.
• Drive best practices and benchmarking across Geos.
• Collaborate with Channel program team to address partner queries.
• Coordinate with Revenue and Corporate Accounting teams.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (finance, business or accounting)
• Minimum of 2 years experience providing financial, operational, and/or administrative support to high tech sales organizations
• Articulate and concise with strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines
• Ambitious and ability to learn quickly
• Ability to work on cross-functional teams across the globe in different time zones
• Passion for process improvement and ability to challenge status quo
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel required.
• Experience in accounting at a software company preferred
• SAP, Anaplan, PowerBI and Business Objects experience a plus

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For Poland based roles, we expect a starting base salary between 95,000 PLN and 138,600 PLN. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
