Job summary

North Andover Behavioral Health is looking for a licensed Mental Health Therapist or Psychologist to join as a 1099 independent contractor in Poland. This role offers flexibility to create your own schedule while receiving full administrative support and referrals.

The position entails diagnosing psychological disorders, developing treatment plans, and conducting therapy sessions. Ideal candidates will have a Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant field and be licensed or license-eligible.

Opportunities for future W2 employment as the practice expands may be available.

Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in Poland.
• Experience in providing therapeutic services in a clinical setting.
• Skilled in one or more therapeutic modalities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments.
• Provide individual, group, or family therapy sessions.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and case managers.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
