Job summary

MasterBorn is looking for a growth‑m minded intern to support product teams across client projects. You will learn how digital products are built from idea to launch and assist the backlog, planning, and documentation while collaborating with developers, designers, and clients.

This paid 3‑month internship offers mentoring, shadowing, and the possibility to extend toward a Junior Product Owner role, with option for remote or hybrid work from Wrocław.

Qualifications

• Currently an active student in a relevant field.
• Fluent Polish and English (min C1) required.
• Familiarity with Scrum/Agile/Lean Startup principles is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Notion, FigJam, or Jira.

Responsibilities

• Support Product Owners in backlog management and task definition.
• Join client calls and internal stand‑ups to stay aligned on delivery.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to understand requirements.
• Write clear, structured product documentation and notes.
• Learn planning, estimation, prioritization, and iterative delivery with real teams.
