Job summary

MasterBorn is seeking an Intern Product Designer to learn under a mentor and design useful apps in Figma/AI, turning ideas into working prototypes with AI tools. You’ll work on real commercial projects, starting ASAP, with a dedicated mentor to onboard and upskill from day one.

This internship emphasizes hands-on building rather than just drawing, and offers a time commitment of about 6 hours/day for 3 months, with a possible extension. Remote or hybrid work is available (Wrocław office).

Qualifications

• Basic design background with a portfolio to show (no commercial projects required).
• Basic knowledge of Figma.
• Experience using AI to turn a design idea into a running prototype (not required to have shipped projects).
• Awareness of tools like Claude Code, Cursor, v0 or Lovable and willingness to learn more.
• Able to articulate why a design looks the way it does, not just that it looks good.
• Be proactive, open to feedback, eager to learn and grow.
• Polish (C1) and English (C1) proficiency is required.
• Student status is required.

Responsibilities

• Design in Figma and turn designs into working prototypes, often with AI tools.
• Work with a mentor on a real commercial project from day one.
• Attend client meetings and present work with mentor support.
• Collaborate with developers and Product Owners and learn the scrum process.
• There is potential to move to a different project after some time.
