Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Vans is expanding its battery-electric LCV production and plans a new Jawor plant. This Process Engineer – Paint Shop role plans the paint shop processes and systems for the facility and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to advance the VAN.EA project.

You will manage work packages, drive harmonization across sites, monitor progress, and ensure costs, deadlines, and quality targets are met.

Qualifications

• University degree in mechanical or production engineering or a related field.
• Several years of experience in production planning and paint shop systems.
• Proven ability to manage projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and target-driven mindset.
• Ability to work across teams and locations.

Responsibilities

• Plan the paint shop processes and systems for the new Jawor facility.
• Lead work packages and coordinate with stakeholders to drive the VAN.EA project.
• Promote harmonization and standardization between VAN sites.
• Prepare progress reports on targets and milestones.
• Ensure compliance with costs, deadlines and quality requirements.
