You will shape and implement flashing, testing, and diagnostic sequences for the new factory, working with MB.OS-based architectures and cutting-edge production technologies. The role involves collaboration with global teams, development centers, and production plants, driving continuous improvement and presenting planning status to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Experience in software development, diagnostics, testing systems, industrial IT, automation, or automotive engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in vehicle electronics, software, diagnostics, and modern technologies.
• Availability for occasional international business travel.
• Fluent Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize flashing, commissioning, and testing sequences for Mercedes-Benz Vans.
• Implement and support Mercedes-Benz E/E diagnostic standards and production testing processes.
• Create automated diagnostic and testing solutions.
• Analyze and resolve software, communication, and testing-related issues during vehicle production.
• Work closely with Production, Development, Quality, and IT teams to introduce new technologies into series production.
• Drive continuous improvement of vehicle diagnostics, flashing, and testing processes.
• Preparing and presenting status of planning activities to various stakeholders.
