Job summary

WPP Media in Poland is seeking a Paid Social Media Specialist to join the Global Operations Centre. You will collaborate with regional teams across Europe, the US, and Asia to support campaign launches on Meta, Twitter, and LinkedIn and ensure compliance with our guidelines.

You should have English fluency, 1.5+ years in Meta Ads planning, strong analytics, and proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets. We offer a hybrid work model with two in-office days per week and benefits.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• 1.5+ years planning and managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong analytics skills and affinity for numbers.
• Ability to analyze raw data and develop actionable recommendations.
• Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing goals and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Eagerness to work directly from Poland.

Responsibilities

• Interact and communicate with regional teams (Europe, U.S.).
• Support campaign launches and set up on Meta, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Ensure campaign compliance with guidelines.
• Monitor and report on campaign checks across channels.
• Ensure data accuracy for reporting tools and software.
• Produce daily campaign reports with pacing, data input, and commentary.
