Job summary

Bosch in Warsaw invites students to an internship in a dynamic international development team. You will work on core Internal Bosch applications, following Agile practices and contributing across the full software lifecycle from requirements to deployment.

Qualifications

• Availability of 30 hours per week
• Experience in Java (including Springboot, Hibernate, web services, REST, APIs)
• Knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban)
• Knowledge of unit testing (Junit, Jupiter, Mockito)
• Basic understanding of Git / Git Flow
• Knowledge of: SOLID and Clean Code Test Driven Development
• Self-motivated, initiative-taking, flexibility
• Ability to work in a virtual team with different experts
• Good knowledge of English
• End-to-end thinking

Responsibilities

• Maintaining, improving and extending the current software stack with new functionalities.
• Involvement in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to design, implementation, testing and deployment.
• Collaboration with developers, process experts, architects and technical contacts of related systems.
• Participating in code reviews, mentoring junior developers and ensuring best practices in software development.
