Job summary

HAVI offers an internship in Material Planning and Procurement at our Kraków Global Business Services center. You will learn from experts how to apply supply chain knowledge to real business challenges and gain hands-on experience with ERP systems and data management.

As part of the program, you will develop material planning skills, work with Excel and Microsoft Office tools, and strengthen collaboration across teams while building data quality and analytical capabilities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, or a related field.
• Turkish and English at B2 level or higher.
• Interest in material planning and supply chain processes.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to data quality.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to apply academic knowledge to real business needs.
• Support material planning activities and day-to-day operations.
• Gain hands-on experience with ERP systems and supply chain tools.
• Help maintain accurate and reliable supply chain data.
• Learn basic analysis and reporting to understand performance.
