Schneider Electric offers a paid internship in Warsaw, focused on HR systems support. You will join the People Technology Operations team, provide second-line HR services, and work with Product Owner and Scrum Master to track KPIs.

Aufgaben

• Manage our daily support of HR Systems, as well as employees and managers, acting as a second line of support
• provide best in class HR services support, issue resolution and helping to establish a root cause analysis and action plans
• work with Product Owner and Scrum Master to define, track and report KPIs periodically
• collaborate closely with HR community (Talent Acquisition, HRS, HRBP) and Managers
• cascade regularly information, changes, updates of HR systems or procedures
• participate in review of the processes to introduce continuous improvement driving digitization, simplification, and automation
• collaborate with teams in Europe and all around the world
• learn Agile ways of working
