Job summary

AUTODOC, Warszawa, is seeking a Packaging Manager for Private Brands to lead our packaging strategy and lifecycle management. You will own technical specifications, labeling standards, and durability across Private Brands, coordinating with procurement, logistics, and legal to deliver compliant, cost-effective packaging solutions.

You will drive packaging improvements, oversee master data in the PIS, and ensure regulatory compliance across EU markets, with a focus on sustainability and cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of packaging engineering/management experience.
• Knowledge of packaging materials, production processes, and compliance.
• Experience managing product labeling lifecycle and cross-functional projects.
• Proficiency with Jira/Confluence and MS Office or Google Workspace.
• English fluency (B2/C1); additional European languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own technical packaging specifications, labeling standards, and durability parameters.
• Lead packaging development across product lifecycle for new launches and updates.
• Ensure EU packaging compliance, recyclability, and environmental markings.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, Quality, Product Data, and Legal.
• Optimize packaging dimensions to reduce logistics costs and damage.
• Manage packaging master data and documentation in the PIS.
• Monitor KPIs and drive process improvements and design enhancements.
