Job summary

AUTODOC in Europe is seeking a Senior Product Quality Management (m/f/d) to assess, monitor, and continuously enhance product quality for Private Brand products, ensuring EU regulatory compliance and that all items meet or exceed customer expectations.

You will prepare supplier requirements, coordinate PPAP and drawing approvals, respond to violations, monitor regulatory changes, and lead testing initiatives with laboratories, while aligning with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of automotive quality standards (ISO/TS 16949, IATF 16949).
• Ability to work independently under pressure and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare product requirements for suppliers and internal departments based on specs, standards, and certifications.
• Coordinate PPAP, drawing approvals, and product change agreements.
• Respond to requirement violations and prepare internal action plans.
• Monitor EU regulations and communicate updates to internal teams.
• Negotiate with laboratories for product testing and define test plans.
• Define incoming inspection criteria based on specs and changes.
• Respond to requests from authorities and customers.
