Procter & Gamble in Warsaw is seeking a Print Production & Color Quality Consistency Specialist to join our creative production team. This hands-on role focuses on achieving best-in-class color accuracy and print excellence for packaging and labels, aligning with brand guidelines and vendor specs.

The position offers a hybrid working model (3 days per week in the office). You will bring color management expertise and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, high-quality

Qualifications

• Experience in color management, prepress, or print production (packaging/CPG preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong knowledge of printing technologies (flexo, offset, digital).
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and prepress tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, preflight software, Esko or equivalent).
• Solid understanding of substrates, inks, and print materials.
• Strong attention to detail and color accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Color management and enhancement to ensure accuracy across outputs.
• Oversee printing materials for labels and packaging ensuring quality and brand alignment.
• Prepare, review, and approve color proofs; perform preflight checks.
• Maintain color consistency across substrates and printing processes.
• Build and maintain internal color libraries and color/print standards.
