Job summary

Jobtailor in Wrocław is seeking an experienced Artwork Coordinator to manage the end-to-end development of product labels and ensure timely OTIF delivery. You will liaise with international marketing and portfolio teams, coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders across the organization.

The role requires 2–5 years in artwork coordination or marketing operations, a Bachelor’s degree, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years in artwork coordination or marketing operations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience with artwork management systems or digital review tools is valued.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ensure that you deliver all label updates and new label creations on time, in full (OTIF)
• Support diverse labeling projects initiated by international marketing and portfolio teams
• Act as the central point of contact between multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure that artwork workflows progress according to schedule
• Report to the Head of Marketing Shared Services, AC EMEA

Requirements

• Min. Bachelor’s degree (preferred areas: Marketing, Management, Chemistry or related fields)
• 2-5 years of experience in artwork coordination, marketing operations, project environment
• Capability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
• Fluent English, other languages will be an asset
• Demonstrated experience with artwork management systems, or digital review tools valued
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
