As a Marketing Artwork Process Specialist, you will be responsible for end to end management of process around packaging adaptations from design adaptations to sending files to printer for European BUs. You will be managing the adaptation, rollout, final print preparation, external agency project management into internal approval system, color management of brand packaging designs from master files received from sector or Cluster Marketing teams. You will also handle traffic management of the flow of artwork through internal processes for approval.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Project Management

  • Own end-to-end packaging process across all assigned projects:
    • Brief submission with external agencies
    • Design approvals
    • File to printer
    • Film readiness (HRD)
  • Maintain full visibility and control of:
    • All SKUs within each project scope
    • Key milestones, deadlines and risks
  • Act as single point of contact for all artwork-related topics
  • Proactively track and follow up on:
    • HRD timelines
    • Approval progress
    • Identify risks early and drive mitigation actions

Codes Management & Accuracy

  • Ensure full accuracy in codes management, including: Eurocodes and Country codes
  • Coordinate with Cairo/Bern teams status, timings and updates

Leadership of Stage 4 Forum & Tracker

Stage 4 Tracker

  • Maintain and update tracker
  • Ensure tracker is the single source of truth

Stage 4 Forum

  • Fully own preparation and facilitation:
    • Share agenda
    • Ensure agenda reflects real status, risks and priorities
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment meetings:
    • Drive discussions
    • Align stakeholders on timelines
    • Secure decisions and commitments
  • Capture and share:
    • Clear actions
    • Defined owners
    • Agreed deadlines

Timeline Management & Planning

  • Maintain up-to-date visibility of all project timelines across Stage 4
  • Ensure alignment between:
    • Brief submission
    • Approval timelines
    • HRD readiness
  • Drive follow-up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met
  • Anticipate risks and adjust plans accordingly
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years’ experience in marketing, ideally packaging design, account management
  • Strong understanding of graphic design, packaging design, portfolio navigation and print industry specifics
  • Great understanding of print process and technologies
  • Proven high project management skills
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in French & English is mandatory
  • Collaborative, able to construct solutions within a team
  • Executional excellence and love for details, accuracy and punctuality
  • Ability to work in ambiguous and dynamic work environment; is comfortable with risk and uncertainty
  • Highly communicative
  • Highly organized and responsive, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Self-organised with strong prioritization skills and ability to run multiple projects in parallel
  • Spanish & English language knowledge at proficiency level will be a requirement

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected starting compensation range for this position is 100100,0 PLN annually (gross).
