Job Details

We are looking for a Senior Creative Artworker to take ownership of the adaptation, production and delivery of marketing campaigns, retailer communications and branded assets across a variety of print and digital channels.

This position sits at the heart of the creative production process, ensuring that all outputs remain consistent with brand guidelines whilst maintaining the highest levels of quality, accuracy and efficiency.

You will work across a broad range of materials, including packaging, POS, displays, advertising campaigns, social media assets, print collateral and retailer communications. Alongside hands‑on artwork creation, you will also help coordinate workloads across the local team, provide guidance to junior colleagues and act as a key point of contact for stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create, adapt and amend artwork across print and digital marketing materials
• Produce production‑ready files for packaging, POS, displays, FSDUs and retail marketing assets
• Maintain brand consistency and ensure all work adheres to corporate guidelines
• Manage artwork versioning, localisation and adaptation of approved creative concepts
• Allocate projects across the local team to ensure balanced workloads and efficient delivery
• Retouch imagery and photography to a high professional standard
• Apply colour management principles throughout the artwork and production process
• Identify and resolve design, artwork and production challenges
• Conduct pre‑flight checks and proofing activities prior to release
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards
• Support and mentor junior team members
• Collaborate directly with internal stakeholders and external clients where required
• Complete project administration and timesheet management accurately

Essential Experience

• Extensive experience within a Creative Artworker, Senior Artworker or Production Artworker role
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Strong understanding of print production and pre‑press processes
• Experience producing artwork for packaging, retail displays, POS materials and marketing collateral
• Proven ability to work from die lines, cutter guides and supplied master artwork files
• Experience creating both 2D and 3D product mock‑ups
• Strong image retouching and colour correction capabilities
• Experience working within strict brand guidelines
• Ability to troubleshoot technical artwork and production issues independently
• Strong organisational and workload management skills
• Experience working directly with clients and stakeholders

Desirable Experience

• Agency, production agency or trade marketing environment experience
• Experience using DAM systems, approval platforms and marketing workflow tools
• Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics
• Experience producing photorealistic 3D renders for products, packaging and POS materials
• Familiarity with Blender, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max or similar rendering software

Qualifications

• A relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Creative Artwork, Visual Communication or a related discipline preferred
• Equivalent industry experience will also be considered
