Job summary

UniCredit Poland in Warsaw seeks a proactive Third-Party & Outsourcing Officer to coordinate vendor governance, ensure regulatory compliance, and support risk oversight across local units and Group functions.

The role requires hands-on experience with EBA Outsourcing, DORA, ServiceNow/Jira/Confluence, and fluency in English and Polish. We offer a hybrid work model, development budget, private medical care, Multisport, and modern equipment.

Qualifications

3 to 7 years of practical experience in third-party risk management (TPRM), operational risk, vendor management, or compliance within financial services.
Hands-on experience with EBA Guidelines on Outsourcing and DORA requirements in a banking context.
Experience with vendor management workflows and platforms (ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence).
Experience in multinational or international banking environments with cross-group collaboration.
Strong communication skills and ownership in a lean two-person team.
Structured working style and project coordination abilities.
Fluent English (written and spoken) and professional Polish.

Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end outsourcing operations and compliance; apply EBA and DORA standards; maintain Outsourcing Register; conduct risk assessments and due diligence.
Manage vendor governance workflows using ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence; liaise with Procurement, IT, Risk, Legal, and Product teams; monitor SLAs.
Prepare regular status reports, dashboards, and materials for local committees and Group risk functions.
