Job summary

Arbex is seeking an Order to Cash Team Leader to drive multi-country OTC operations, including credit & collections, cash application, pricing, and trade promotions setup. You will manage customer master data, ensure compliance, and lead day-to-day performance with a focus on team effectiveness and issue resolution.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in finance or related field and 3+ years in OTC operations, with English and Spanish at C1 level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of OTC operations experience in a multi-country role.
• English and Spanish at C1 level.
• Strong understanding of credit & collections, cash application, and pricing processes.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and basic reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team coordination and stakeholder interaction.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to issue resolution and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Execute OTC processes for assigned countries, including credit & collections, cash application, pricing, and trade promotions.
• Monitor daily performance metrics and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Track and report on KPIs related to collections, pricing accuracy, and cash application.
• Ensure adherence to OTC policies and procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest process enhancements.
• Support audit readiness and documentation for assigned processes.
