Job summary

IAG GBS in Kraków is seeking an experienced OTC Analyst to support Order to Cash operations in a fast-paced multinational finance team. You will help ensure quality, drive process improvements, and assist automation initiatives for offshore and onshore functions.

The role requires a business degree and at least 2 years in an international environment, with fluent English. SAP experience is highly desirable; Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in business discipline or previous experience in finance required.
• Proven knowledge of the airline industry and its solutions would be an asset.
• Fluent in English; Spanish language skills are a nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control against SLAs and resolve day-to-day queries from BPO and suppliers.
• Carry out period end reporting and support audit processes.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives.
• Update procedures and monitor process changes per business needs.
• Support migration and improvement projects within the scope of services.
• Provide documentation and maintain process understanding; support offshore team operations.

**Purpose of the role**This role within the Order to Cash (OTC) team offers a dynamic opportunity to enhance financial operations in the international aviation industry, focusing on quality control, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement. You will play a crucial part in managing OTC activities, supporting an offshore team, and driving operational excellence, particularly in automation and controls. This position is ideal for a results-driven professional eager to contribute to a global organization and thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.**Responsibilities*** Performing quality control against SLAs* Resolve day to day queries and operational issues from the BPO and suppliers, escalating as needed to ensure timely resolution* Carry out period end reporting process and support the audit process as required* Continually search for process improvement opportunities, monitoring process and performance and making recommendations for changes* Make changes to standard operating procedures as needed* Support migration and improvement projects within the scope of services* Assure proper documentation and understanding of the process, including monitoring of process change, as required by the business* Maintain and update DTPs* Performing OTC activities: cash collection, dunning process, debt collections, credit issues, account reconciliation* Participate in finance and cross-functional projects* Quality assurance and service delivery reporting* Supporting the Offshore Team in running and controlling transactional processes* Developing onshore function towards excellence in ICFR and operational control* Operational responsibility for the performance of third-party BPO service provider **Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience:*** Degree in business discipline or previous experience in finance required* Proven knowledge of the airline industry and its solutions would be an asset* SAP experience highly desired* Fluent in English, verbal and written; Spanish - nice to have* Excellent analytical and cooperation skills* Focused on excellence and results* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an international environment* Transition experience including writing and updating procedures, process maps* OTC expertise focused on automation and process improvem**What we offer:**The chance to enjoy a challenging career in an exciting, fast-moving environment in a dynamic industry.The opportunity to work in a multi-cultural environment with great offices in many locations.
