Job summary

ISS A/S in Gdańsk is seeking a finance professional to support invoicing, revenue allocation, and account management. The role involves invoicing via the NAV system, resolving billing issues, and providing customer support through phone, Teams, and online meetings.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders and OTC managers in a dynamic international environment, leveraging strong Excel skills and English proficiency while pursuing opportunities for professional growth in a Scandinavian

Qualifications

• University degree in finance or accounting, or final year of studies.
• Experience in customer setup, cash application, or cash collections (incl. internships).
• Proficient in Excel, including lookup formulas and pivot tables.
• Very good knowledge of English in speech and writing.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices using NAV system accurately and efficiently.
• Handle and resolve invoicing-related customer complaints.
• Provide support via phone, Teams, and online meetings for queries.
• Assist in allocating revenue to the correct month for reporting.
• Assign accounts to personnel to ensure smooth workflow.
• Respond to internal and external billing inquiries promptly and professionally.

Main purpose of the position:

In this position, you will be responsible for the allocation of funds. It is the process of allocating money to specific accounts to achieve financial goals to ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet the immediate and short-term obligations of our organization. In this process, it is also important to maintain constant contact with our suppliers and prepare data for reports on these activities.

What will you do:

• Invoicing: Process invoices using NAV system efficiently and accurately.
• Customer Complaints: Handle and resolve customer complaints related to invoicing promptly.
• Customer Support: Provide support via phone, Teams, and online meetings to address queries and issues.
• Revenue Reconciliation: Assist in allocating revenue to the appropriate month, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
• Account Management: Assign accounts to relevant personnel to ensure smooth workflow and responsibility allocation.
• Inquiry Management: Respond to internal and external customer inquiries, addressing ongoing billing‑related tasks in a timely and professional manner.

Professional skills you possess:

• A university degree, preferably in finance and accounting, or the last year of studies
• Prior experience in Customer Set up and Maintenance, Cash Application, or Cash Collections, including internships.
• Proficient in Excel, including lookup formulas and pivot tables.
• Very good knowledge of English in speech and writing, allowing for easy communication with external and internal English‑speaking clients
