Job summary

UBS in Wroclaw is offering a paid 6-month internship in the Derivatives Team. You’ll gain hands-on experience processing OTC transactions from setup to expiration, while monitoring workflows and resolving discrepancies. The role emphasizes client service, risk awareness, and collaboration across front and middle office teams.

The internship runs 40 hours per week with 8:30am–5pm flexibility and may lead to permanent opportunities for successful interns.

Qualifications

You don't have to show prior professional experience, but it’s an asset.
Motivated, self-directed and able to work across teams and functions.
Ability to take responsibility and stay focused on objectives with a can-do attitude.
Comfortable working independently, as well as in a team-oriented environment.
Available to work under pressure and maintain accuracy.
Great organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Process OTC transactions for various products through their full lifecycle.
Monitor and correct discrepancies during daily workflow.
Launch investigations, prepare documents, and communicate with stakeholders.
Identify and resolve technical and settlement issues with reconciliation tool.
Interact with client relationship teams and other front and middle office teams.
