Job summary

UBS Group Operations Wroclaw is offering a paid 6-month internship in a fast-paced environment. You will contribute to processing and managing end-to-end client transactions for multiple European locations, within the Instrument & Pricing Regional Offices team.

You'll gain hands-on experience with opening financial instruments, investigations, price updates, and exception checks, while developing risk awareness and client-service orientation.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to take responsibility and stay focused on objectives.
• Pro-active attitude and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage end-to-end client transactions.
• Open and maintain financial instruments.
• Investigations and support for instruments and pricing.
• Run of exception reports and checks.
• Update and communicate policies, processes and procedures.
• Support trade processing and communications within the team.
