Job summary

PANDORA Global Business Services Organization (GBS) in Warsaw is seeking an OTC Accounting Assistant to start a professional career in accounting within a multinational company with a people-focused culture.

You will post payments from stores and wholesale, prepare monthly balance reconciliations by payment method, and collaborate with the accounting team, stores, and the local office. Fluent English and Polish and strong Excel are required, along with a positive, proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Accounting or financial background.
• At least some internships in finance or accounting.
• Very good English and Polish, written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
• Experience with accounts receivable in SSC or retail helpful.
• Other foreign languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Post payments from Pandora stores vs sales and payments from wholesale customers vs invoices.
• Contact stores about cash and card payment differences vs balance of sales.
• Prepare monthly balance reconciliation reports by payment method (cash, card, vouchers) and upload to audit platform.
• Cooperate with the accounting team, stores and the local office.
