Bluecrux is seeking an OMP Configuration Consultant in Warsaw to transform supply chain planning through advanced technology. You will work on hands-on OMP implementations, focusing on technical configuration and customization.

At Bluecrux, we support global clients in transforming their end to end supply chain planning through advanced technology and deep expertise. As an OMP Configuration consultant, you will work hands‑on on OMP implementations, with a strong focus on technical configuration and customization.
You contribute to real planning transformations by translating complex supply chain challenges into robust OMP solutions. You join a team of global specialists, working closely with experienced colleagues across projects and locations.
You bring minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in OMP with a focus on implementation and configuration work.
You have a Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
You have hands‑on experience with OMP configuration, including OPR.
You have hands‑on OPAL coding experience.
You are certified in either User Engagement or OPAL.
A solid background in supply chain planning, with strong knowledge of supply planning processes.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to support workshops, coach client users, and manage stakeholder expectations.
Other programming experience outside OMP is a plus.
