Displate is an e-commerce brand known for premium metal posters, seeking an Organic Visibility Manager (Content & SEO) to own search discovery. You’ll manage the blog, coordinate link-building, and guide external partners to boost product consideration and sales.

You’ll work with GA4, AI-enabled tools, and cross-functional teams in a hybrid Warsaw setup, driving editorial and technical SEO initiatives at scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in content marketing, SEO or organic growth with editorial content and commercial goals.
• Strong editorial judgement: brief clearly, edit others, judge publish readiness.
• Working SEO knowledge, including link building, to brief specialists and judge their work.
• Experience managing agencies or freelancers across several projects at once.
• Understanding of how AI search and LLMs surface brands.
• Comfort with GA4, Search Console and Ahrefs, using data to decide next steps.
• Strong organisation skills to manage numerous briefs and partners.
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
• Excellent English communication in writing and speech.
• Nice to have: passion for pop culture, gaming or fandoms.

• Owning the blog's editorial strategy and managing our content agency through full cycle: topic research, briefing, reviewing and publishing.
• Writing blog pieces yourself when needed.
• Briefing and managing our link-building agency, and reviewing its work against targets.
• Tracking how AI tools describe Displate and our products.
• Coordinating projects that improve how we appear on third-party platforms those AI tools draw on.
• Improving SEO on product pages and writing SEO copy.
• Training internal teams on writing for search.

Organic Visibility Manager (Content & SEO)

Displate is a globally recognized, design-first e-commerce DTC brand selling premium metal posters to millions of customers worldwide. We operate at scale across the US and Europe, manage a multi-million dollar annual performance budget across Meta, TikTok and Google, collaborate with some of the biggest licensed brands and artists in the world, and offer best-in-class physical product unmatched by competitors.
We’re looking for an Organic Visibility Manager (Content & SEO) to join the SEOTeam at Displate.
You’ll own how Displate and our products are discovered and represented in search engines and AI tools. You’ll split your time between running our blog and coordinating link-building and AI-visibility work. Most of the execution sits with external partners, and you’ll brief them, review their work and keep them on track. Your goal is to turn organic traffic and fandom interest into product consideration and sales.

What will you do?

• Owning the blog's editorial strategy and managing our content agency through the full cycle: topic research, briefing, reviewing and publishing.

• Improving SEO on product pages and writing SEO copy.
• Training internal teams on writing for search.
• Using GA4, Search Console and Ahrefs data to measure impact and decide on next steps.

General expectations:

• 3+ years in content marketing, SEO or organic growth, including running a blog or other editorial content with commercial goals.
• Strong editorial judgement: you brief clearly, edit other people's work and know when a piece is ready to publish.
• Working SEO knowledge, including link building, that's deep enough to brief specialists and judge their work.
• Experience managing agencies or freelancers across several projects at once.
• A working understanding of how AI search and LLMs surface brands.
• Comfort with GA4, Search Console and Ahrefs, and with using the data to decide what to do next.
• Strong organisation skills, so many briefs and partners move forward without chaos.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
• You communicate confidently in English, both in writing and in conversation.
• Nice to have: a passion for pop culture, gaming or fandoms.
