Displate is seeking a proactive Project Coordination professional to support international B2B operations from our Marki, Poland hub. You will manage client projects end-to-end, prepare quotes, and coordinate shipments with internal teams and external partners.

The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, independence, and fluency in written English to ensure seamless communication with global clients and vendors. Growth in logistics, events, and production coordination awaits.

This is a supporting role at the heart of our B2B operations - you'll coordinate projects from brief to delivery, prepare quotes, manage logistics, and keep everything organized behind the scenes so our international clients get a seamless experience.
