Job summary

Displate, a globally recognized design-first e-commerce brand, seeks an Influencer Marketing Manager to own creator partnerships across Europe. Build relationships, execute campaigns, and drive growth with influencers in Germany, UK, France, and beyond.

You will identify and onboard creators, negotiate deals, manage end-to-end campaigns, and work with Marketing and Creative teams to deliver high-impact content that amplifies Displate’s voice.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing influencer campaigns in the German market.
• Strong existing network in pop culture, esports, and/or gaming spaces.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a track record of closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute influencer marketing strategies across Germany, UK, France, and other markets.
• Identify, vet and onboard influencers whose values align with Displate.
• Maintain and grow a diverse network of influencer relationships.
• Negotiate and close deals with influencers and agencies, from briefs to deliverables and rates.
• Own end-to-end campaign execution: ideation, briefing, delivery, go-live, reporting.

We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to own one of Displate's most exciting growth levers: creator partnerships. You'll be the connective tissue between Displate and the global creator world — building the relationships, executing the campaigns, and generating the insights that keep our brand growing across Germany, UK, France, and beyond. What will you do?

• Building and executing impactful influencer marketing strategies across Germany, UK, France, and other emerging markets.
• Identifying, vetting, and onboarding new influencers whose values and content align with the Displate brand - knowing who's rising, who's pivoting, and who's the perfect fit before anyone else does.
• Maintaining and growing a robust network of influencer relationships across diverse backgrounds, cultures, and niches.
• Negotiating and closing deals with influencers and agencies - from scoping creative briefs to agreeing on deliverables and rates.
• Owning end-to-end campaign execution: from ideation and briefing through to content delivery, go-live, and post-campaign reporting.
• Collaborating with creators to co-develop engaging, authentic content that speaks to their audiences while carrying Displate's voice.
• Working with our internal Creative team to ensure campaigns come to life with high-quality, brand-consistent assets.
• Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance rigorously - reach, engagement, conversions, ROI - and translating numbers into a clear narrative for stakeholders.
• Delivering data-driven reports and optimization recommendations that continuously improve partnership quality and campaign outcomes.
• Staying ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and cultural nuances in target markets and turning those insights into actionable strategy.
• Partnering seamlessly with Marketing, Social Media, and Creative teams to integrate influencer work into broader brand initiatives.

• Flexibility to work within European time zones to a reasonable extent.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (German, French) are a significant plus
